How to watch multiple live streams at once

Stream Mix places multiple live broadcasts in one browser workspace. You can combine Twitch channels, YouTube live streams, and Kick channels, then choose whether each window shows its video, chat, or both.

1. Paste a URL or enter the identifier

The quickest option is to paste the complete stream URL. Stream Mix detects the supported platform and extracts the identifier automatically.

  • For Twitch, paste https://twitch.tv/channel.
  • For YouTube, paste https://youtube.com/watch?v=VIDEO_ID or https://youtu.be/VIDEO_ID.
  • For Kick, paste https://kick.com/channel.

If you prefer, select the platform manually and enter only the Twitch or Kick channel name, or the YouTube video ID.

2. Add the stream

Open Stream Mix and paste the URL. The platform selector updates automatically. Then choose Stream + Chat, Stream, or Chat and select Add to create a new window. You can still select a platform and enter its identifier manually. Repeat the process for every perspective you want to follow.

3. Arrange the grid

Drag a window using its title bar and resize it from either lower corner. Make the primary broadcast larger and keep secondary perspectives or chats nearby. Window positions are saved automatically in your browser.

4. Share the workspace

Select the share button in the site header to copy a link containing the streams, display modes, and grid positions. A recipient with an empty workspace can open it immediately. If they already have streams saved, Stream Mix asks before replacing their current workspace.

5. Reclaim viewing space

Enable Compact mode to hide the site header and let video and chat use more of the workspace. Move the pointer to the top edge of a window whenever you need its drag, close, minimize, or fullscreen controls.

  • Follow several players’ perspectives during an esports tournament.
  • Watch an official broadcast alongside creator co-streams.
  • Monitor live coverage occurring on more than one platform.
  • Keep a main video large while following one or more chats.

Playback considerations

Every additional stream uses bandwidth and processing power. If playback stutters, reduce the quality inside secondary players, show chat without video where appropriate, or close streams you are not actively watching. Streams may also have slightly different broadcast delays because each platform delivers its own player independently.

Share your workspace

After adding and arranging streams, select the share button in the site header to copy a link containing the streams, display modes, and grid layout. Opening a shared link replaces an existing workspace only after confirmation.
